Please note that all shipping times are estimated, any third-party delays like courier delays are out of our control.
Art & Product Production time - Our art and product production time is an average of 1-2 business days, however we reserve an additional time of 2 business days in the case we experience an influx of orders.
Packing & Shipping time - Once the order has been finished, it is packaged and a label is printed to be shipped the next business day, at this time every customer receives a tracking number. We offer free shipping on ALL orders above 1397 R . Shipping takes on average between 2-4 business days, but can take upwards of 7-10 business days in rare cases.
Lost Packages - Tracking numbers that are created but are never updated may be considered lost or misplaced by the production department, or the shipping company. Lost packages are 100% covered and replaced by Donny Feathers. We do not consider a package lost until 20 days have passed since the LAST tracking update.
Donny Feathers refuses any responsibility for these unfortunate occurrences.
